The hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The outdoor pool and spa/sauna were super relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The view of the lake from our room was jaw-dropping. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious dinner. The location was great, with stunning lake views and a short walk to the main town. The bike rental service was a bonus and we had a fantastic bike ride to the nearby villages. The easy check-in process and helpful reception staff made us feel welcome. The free afternoon tea was a nice touch. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient. we had an amazing time and made unforgettable memories exploring the surrounding areas.

We had a fantastic stay with fine views and a friendly staff. This hotel had really good cleanliness, comfortable rooms, free parking, and it's located between 20-30 minutes walking distance down to the promenade. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always there to assist us in a friendly manner.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Danielo behind the bar. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and great coffee. The outdoor pool and spa/sauna were fantastic.

I recently stayed at Hotel Baia Verde in Malcesine for a business trip, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the choice made by my director. The hotel offers a range of fantastic amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only complaint I have is that the hotel wifi was really poor.

the breakfast spread was satisfactory and the staff was helpful. Location-wise, we could take a pleasant walk down to the promenade or find tranquility in a calm area.

Getting to the town center was a bit tedious and the nearby beach was rather small.
